Shamanic Guided Introspection : 1 hour session - 85 euros
This is a unique introspection technique I learned and developed in 2017 with Frederique Austruy, during my shamanism training.
It will help you connect with your inner archetypes and shadow parts, key elements in shamanism, referring to some unconscious part of your psyche repressed.
We'll focus on aspects like your inner child using visualisation.
This is an intuitive process that unfolds differently for everyone. It means that what you will perceive will be unique to you and different for each session.
It will guide you through your inner world to help you release and understand specific patterns that want to emerge.
In a practical way it means that It will help you to relax deeply using your breathing and my voice as a guided meditative process, we will connect with a part of yourself that wants to be seen and expressed and I will guide you through what I see and perceive and help you to unwind it.
