Instead of endless explanations, you'll find practical exercises that act on many levels of your being to create real, lasting change. By practicing these techniques regularly and with intention, you'll experience significant transformations in a relatively short time.
It's essential to understand that true change and liberation from old patterns and behaviors first require working on the body's stress response. Stress is primarily a physiological reaction, and it becomes harmful when our adaptive capacities become overwhelmed. It then gets “stuck” in our body before altering the mind.
So by first relaxing and balancing the body, we can then change our mental perspective on past experiences and free ourselves from them.
Frequency: I advise you to practice this program in its entirety over the course of a week, as follows:

Assess your current physical, emotional and mental state.
Identify where stress has the greatest impact on you (body, mind or emotions).
2. Physical techniques: Fascia stretching
Learn simple yet effective fascia stretching techniques to release accumulated tension in your body's connective tissues.
Focus on releasing physical restrictions and then supporting emotional and mental release.
3. Breathing techniques
Practice a guided breathing exercise to regulate your nervous system.
Experience how conscious breathing helps to calm you and gain mental clarity.
4. Breathing protocols with essential oils
Each protocol integrates aromatherapy with specific breathing techniques to target stress-related challenges:

Find the balance between activity and relaxation. The middle way is the way to true evolution.

Module 1: Holistic Wellbeing pre-assesment questionnairy
The first step in this program is to become aware of your general state of well-being.
In this module, you'll take a quick assessment to analyze your current physical, emotional and mental state. This assessment will help you identify where stress is impacting you most, and provide a clear starting point for your relaxation process.
Module 2: Releasing physical tension
In this module, you'll learn simple yet powerful techniques for stretching the fascia. Fascia is the body's connective tissue, which surrounds all organs, muscles and bones. It acts as a shock-absorber, absorbing psycho-emotional shock and holding important tension and stress trapped in the body. Releasing this tension helps the body to relax and regulate itself. These techniques not only promote physical flexibility but also support your general well-being.

Module 3: Balance yourself with the breath
In this module, we focus on breathing techniques to balance your body's stress response. Through a guided breathing exercise, you'll calm your nervous system, improve your energy flow and refocus your mind. Breathing is a powerful tool for deepening the connection between your body and mind, strengthening your resilience to stress and promoting your overall well-being.
Module 4: Breathing Essential Oil Protocols
In this part you will explore the synergy between breathwork and aromatherapy. Using essential oils, you’ll learn specific protocols for addressing PTSD, balancing the nervous system, reducing stress, and release brain fatigue. Each protocol is designed to enhance relaxation, clarity, and emotional stability.
