Rooted in the Greek term 'holos', meaning 'whole', the holistic approach to self-care transcends conventional perspectives. Instead of fragmenting the self, it embraces an interconnected view, acknowledging the profound relationship between our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions.
Here, deep relief and real relaxation are not only ideas but tangible things that can be yours.
My mission is to close the gap that I’ve found in the wellbeing industry by delivering efficient services and grounded approaches to my clients, assisting them in reaching real wellbeing and releasing past negative souvenirs and experiences.

I do so by constantly researching, experimenting, combining, and refining the best tools I’ve myself tested , in order to deliver effective and safe protocols for you to achieve authentic well-being, resilience, and allostasis—which is the ability to adapt and be finally free from stressors, emotional upsets, and the influence of negative past experiences.

My approach is rooted in proven techniques and personalized tools, refined through years of experience. I'm committed to assisting you on your journey of self-exploration, acceptance, and fulfillment.
To achieve this, we will focus on the three dimensions of your being:
Body: You’ll dive into Deep Somatic Release, Fascia Stretching, and Breathwork.
Emotion: You’ll engage in deep contemplation and guided meditation to release what does not serve you anymore.
Mind: You’ll harness the power of Human Design, Genekeys, NLP, Mindfulness, and Tapping.
For these three spheres, you will also use specific essential oil breathing protocols and visualization to release the past souvenirs blocked in your system and remove undermining patterns (Read more here).
